Clipo Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us through the inFastic mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and what choices you have regarding your information.
By using the App, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
When you create an account or use the App, you may provide us with the following information:
- Account Information: name, email address, date of birth, gender, and password.
- Health and Wellness Data: height, weight, body measurements, fasting schedules and history, dietary preferences, food intake logs, water intake, step counts, and health goals.
- User-Generated Content: community posts, messages, fasting logs, photos of food, and any other content you submit through the App.
- Communications: information you provide when contacting our support team or responding to surveys.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain information, including:
- Device Information: device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, device settings, and mobile network information.
- Usage Data: features used, pages viewed, time spent in the App, fasting timer activity, interactions with AI coaching features, crash reports, and performance data.
- Location Data: approximate location based on IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location data unless you explicitly enable location services for specific features.
1.3 Information from Third-Party Services
If you connect the App to third-party services such as Apple Health or Google Fit, we may receive health and fitness data from those services in accordance with the permissions you grant. This may include activity data, heart rate data, sleep data, and other health metrics. You may disconnect these services at any time through the App settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To Provide and Improve the App: to operate the App, deliver its features and functionality, personalize your experience, and develop new features.
- To Provide AI-Powered Features: to generate personalized fasting plans, coaching recommendations, food scanning results, and other AI-driven content tailored to your goals and activity.
- To Communicate with You: to send you service-related notices, respond to your inquiries, and provide customer support.
- To Analyze and Improve: to understand how users interact with the App, to conduct research and analytics, and to improve the quality and effectiveness of the App.
- To Ensure Safety and Security: to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security risks, and technical issues.
- To Comply with Legal Obligations: to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: we may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including hosting, analytics, AI processing, customer support, and email delivery. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
- Community Features: if you participate in community features such as fasting buddies or group challenges, certain information (such as your display name, fasting progress, and community posts) may be visible to other users.
- Legal Requirements: we may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Clipo Inc., our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: in connection with any merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
- With Your Consent: we may share your information with third parties when you give us explicit consent to do so.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements, or complying with legal obligations.
Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer be associated with you may be retained indefinitely for research and analytics purposes.
5. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
6. Your Rights and Choices
6.1 Account Information

6.2 Push Notifications
You may opt out of receiving push notifications by adjusting your device settings or the notification preferences within the App.
6.3 Third-Party Integrations
You may disconnect third-party services (such as Apple Health or Google Fit) at any time through the App settings. Disconnecting will stop future data sharing, but will not delete data previously collected.
6.4 Data Portability
You may request a copy of your personal data in a commonly used, machine-readable format by contacting us at marcin@myclipo.com.
7. Rights for California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- Right to Know: you have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which the information was collected, the business purposes for collecting the information, and the categories of third parties with whom the information was shared.
- Right to Delete: you have the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Correct: you have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: we do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

8. Rights for EEA, UK, and Swiss Residents (GDPR)

- Right of Access: the right to obtain confirmation as to whether your personal data is being processed and to access such data.
- Right to Rectification: the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected.
- Right to Erasure: the right to have your personal data deleted under certain circumstances.

Our legal bases for processing your personal data include: performance of a contract (providing the App's services), legitimate interests (improving the App, ensuring security), consent (where explicitly given), and compliance with legal obligations.

9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible. 10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your country. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.
